This is a 5 week abdominal and full body cleanse. Every week, you will focus on a different group of foods to eliminate from your diet - replacing them with superfoods. Every week builds on the previous. By the end of the cleanse, you should have a deeper understanding of why you may feel certain ways after eating certain foods, why certain foods are no good for you, and what you can do moving forward to sustain it. A part of this cleanse does require you to take a break from tobacco and alcohol, if applicable.
